Autodesk has recently donated to CSA three new programs, AutoCAD® 2000, the new version of 3D Studio VIZ® for rendering, and the new version of CAD Overlay® for tracing lines in a raster drawing. We have been putting AutoCAD 2000 through its paces, and a review is included in this issue of the Newsletter. CAD Overlay and 3D Studio VIZ will take a bit more time for us to examine, but we expect to be able to discuss them in the winter Newsletter.
CSA is very grateful to Autodesk for these software packages.
